Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Shipping Destinations: We ship to Switzerland, Liechtenstein, and select European countries. For inquiries about your destination, contact us at info@may-ltd.com.

Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated by order weight and destination at checkout. We ship via Swiss Post (CH & Liechtenstein) and DPD (all EU countries).

Free shipping is available on orders over CHF 1,500 (Switzerland/Liechtenstein) and EUR 1,500 (Germany, Austria).

Customs & Duties: VAT duties are included in the prices shown. No additionald duties are applicable.

Order Tracking: You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update.

Damaged or Lost Shipments: Please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date if your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all.
