What bike size is best for me?
You can find the available sizes when viewing your preferred product. Based on your body size, we generally recommend the following sizes:
S: 150 cm - 168 cm
M: 169 cm – 181 cm
L: 182 cm - 200 cm
If you're between those sizes, choose a smaller size for a more agile, sporty ride - and a taller size for a more smooth ride.
Do you offer bikes for men/ women?
We believe that style has no gender. All of our bikes are unisex bikes and suitable for both men and women.
Why are your bicycles so affordable?
Starting from a non-commercial basic idea, selling at affordable prices was very important to MAY Ltd. from the beginning. Direct production and distribution channels allow MAY Ltd. to limit costs and pass on the price advantage to the end customer.
Do your products have a warranty?
Yes, our products come with a 2-year warranty. Quality is very important to us. Please review the warranty information for more details. In case of any questions or problems with our products, please contact us anytime.
Delivery and returns

How long does delivery take?
We generally ship bicycles and accessories within 3-4 working days. This might vary per product, and you will see the expected delivery date on the product page.
Where do you ship, and what are the costs?
We ship our bikes across Switzerland and to most EU-countries. Depending on the products and your location, free shipping might apply. You will find detailed information on the checkout page after entering your address.
Why are some products not available in my country?
Due to trade agreements, tolls, and shipping costs, our supply chain differs between the EU and Switzerland. For Switzerland, we primarily manufacture our products in China and distribute them from Switzerland. In contrast, for the EU market, it is more advantageous for our customers if we manufacture within the EU and warehouse our products in Germany. As a result, the availability and pricing of certain products may vary between the EU and Switzerland.
How can I track the status of my delivery?
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. You can use this link to follow the progress of your parcel. For Switzerland, your tracking link will be for Swiss Post. For the EU, your tracking link will be for DPD.
Which shipping service provider will deliver my order?
Deliveries within Switzerland are shipped from our warehouse in Schwarzenbach (CH) with Swiss Post. Deliveries within the EU are shipped from our warehouse in Konstanz (DE) with DPD.
Can I return products?
Yes, you can return unused products. To start a return, please reach out to our customer service at info@may-ltd.com. The customer service will provide you with all information related to the return. Returns that have not previously been notified to info@may-ltd.com cannot be accepted. For more details, please review our returns policy.
Are customs duties and taxes included in the price?
Yes. The price shown already includes all applicable taxes and fees. Since orders within Switzerland are shipped from our Swiss warehouse, and orders within the EU are shipped from our German warehouse, no additional customs duties or fees will be charged.

Where are your production facilities?
We are committed to providing top-quality products at a fair price while being mindful of our environmental impact. To ensure this, we have moved our assembly from Slovakia and China to Portugal. We carefully select all partners in our supply chain to meet our high standards.
