Delivery & Assembly

The bike is delivered in a sturdy cardboard box with the dimensions 132cm x 75cm x 20cm. It comes almost fully assembled, only the last 10% is up to you. But don't worry, it's super easy. Check out our manuals and step-by-step video for more details.

All accessories are directly packed within the same box, so that you'll surely get all products at the same time.

Who is behind MAY?

MAY was founded in 2017 by two friends from Zurich, bringing together their graphic design, product development and sourcing expertise. After years of growth, the leadership was passed to Timo & Alex in 2023, two dedicated MAY enthusiasts and long-term friends. We're operating out of Zurich (Switzerland) with warehouses in Schwarzenbach (Switzerland) and Constance (Germany). Our bikes are available at selected retail partners, and we ship to most countries in Europe.

What bike size is best for me?

You can find the available sizes when viewing your preferred product. Based on your body size, we generally recommend the following sizes:

  • S: 150 cm - 168 cm
  • M: 169 cm – 181 cm
  • L: 182 cm - 200 cm

Which shipping service provider will deliver my order?

Deliveries within Switzerland are shipped from our warehouse in Schwarzenbach (CH) with Swiss Post. Deliveries within the EU are shipped from our warehouse in Konstanz (DE) with DPD.

Where do you ship, and what are the costs?

We ship our bikes across Switzerland and to most EU-countries. Depending on the products and your location, free shipping might apply. You will find detailed information on the checkout page after entering your address.

Are customs duties and taxes included in the price?

Yes. The price shown already includes all applicable taxes and fees. Since orders within Switzerland are shipped from our Swiss warehouse, and orders within the EU are shipped from our German warehouse, no additional customs duties or fees will be charged.

Starting from a non-commercial basic idea, selling at affordable prices was very important to MAY Ltd. from the beginning. Direct production and distribution channels allow MAY Ltd. to limit costs and pass on the price advantage to the end customer.

Do you offer bikes for men/ women?

We believe that style has no gender. All of our bikes are unisex bikes and suitable for both men and women.

Do your products have a warranty?

Can I return products?

Yes, you can return unused products. To start a return, please reach out to our customer service at info@may-ltd.com. The customer service will provide you with all information related to the return.
